Why Such a Wide Range Is Possible
The answer lies in how the UniPAKer is engineered. The delta robot platform itself is a highly flexible base. What makes it capable across such a range of formats is the end effector design, and that is where Brillopak’s real IP sits.
We have designed hundreds of end effectors using the patented technology in the UniPAKer head, 3D-printed components, and multiple independent vacuum generators. This means we can engineer a pick head for almost any product and almost any packaging format. Because the heads are modular, the same machine can be adapted as your product range evolves, protecting your investment as your operation changes rather than locking you into a fixed configuration.
That modularity also means the UniPAKer is future-proof. If your packaging format changes, or you introduce a new product line, the system can be reconfigured around the new requirement without replacing the machine.
