Many companies today want to implement complete end of line automation systems.

The lines might include labellers, sealers, flow wrappers, metal detectors, case erectors and sealers. If we do not build the machine, we will have a partner with whom we can supply and project manage the complete solution.

Brillopak have successfully designed and commissioned many multi-line, integrated, end of line automation projects. These typically incorporate automated packing, container destacking, bale arm closing, vertical accumulation and palletising.

The benefits of optimising your pack line:

  • Increased line speed
  • Complete line optimisation
  • Future proof
  • Quick ROI (Minimal project risk)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase all items at one time?

No, our machines are designed to be modular so that they can be used on their own or in combination with other Brillopak machines, either straight away or over time, to fully automate your end of line.

Why use stainless steel?
Simple! It’s safe to use in the food industry, particularly because it doesn’t need painting and therefore eliminates the risk of contaminating products with paint chips. It’s also easy to clean and doesn’t rust.
Is Brillopak machinery safe?
Yes, all of our machinery conforms to health and safety regulations. They are CE marked and UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA). For further safety information, download our sales brochure.
I’m concerned that my staff do not have the skillset for automation. How difficult are your machines to use?

Robotic automation, when properly specified, is surprisingly reliable and easy to manage by typical engineers. At Brillopak, we invest time with our customer’s engineers and operators to ensure that they are very comfortable with the machine in operation. Furthermore, our control systems are similar throughout our range so, once an operator is familiar with one machine, this knowledge will transfer to our other machines.
