Investing in Brillopak automation systems offers significant potential for improved productivity and a positive return on investment (ROI). Designed to deliver labour savings and efficiency gains, our packing machinery can reduce costs and boost overall profit.

For example, one of our customers went from 3 operators per end-of-line process to 2 after installing the PAKstation. With this configuration, their payback period was 1.5 years.

Also, the PAKstation puts the packhouse in control of line speed rather than leaving it solely in the hands of an operator. As a result, our customers typically experience an overall throughput increase of around 15%. Larger systems have typical payback periods ranging from 18 months to 4 years and are designed to perform efficiently for more than a decade.
