The Crate Destacker Explained

The Crate Destacker is a robust stainless steel system that efficiently dispenses empty nested retail crates to match high-volume packing line demands. Capable of simultaneously handling up to three crates for single or multiple lines, it meets the diverse operational needs of different applications.

This versatile system is offered in two models: the single magazine and the dual magazine. See the table below to find out how many crates per minute the models can dispense (depending on the size of the crate).

Handles 600 x 400 mm crates at up to 10 per minute with a single magazine or 16 per minute with a dual magazine, and 300 x 400 mm crates at up to 20 per minute with a single magazine or 32 per minute with a dual magazine.
