By continuously dispensing empty trays, punnets or tubs from a stacked supply, the denester optimises efficiency and reduces manual labour through enhanced reliability, accuracy, and ease of use. What’s more, our denester can be seamlessly integrated into your existing production process, without the need for time-consuming or disruptive alterations.

What are the benefits of the denester from Brillopak?

No continuous machine tending

The system allows for stacks to be accumulated, accommodating anywhere from 8 to 20 stacks at a time, ready for each stack to be automatically placed into the dispenser. This reduces the need for constant operator monitoring and frees staff to focus on more rewarding tasks.

Reliable and accurate denesting
Unlike vacuum-based solutions, our four machined scrolls securely grasp the edges of each tray, punnet or tub, ensuring precise separation and placement onto the conveyor.
