Another Semi-automatic packstation leaves the Brillopak factory

In some ways the Semi-Automatic Packer is the unsung hero of our range.

Whilst it is easy to sing the praises of full automation, there are situations where it just doesn’t work consistently. It may be that there are just too many product types, or that there are too many changeovers in the course of the shift.

If you must pack manually then then you need to pack as efficiently as possible. The machine is ergonomically designed to maximise throughput with minimum staff and typically increases line speed by 15% across a shift.

Because there is no accumulation, packing has to be consistent, thereby putting you, not the operator, in control of line speed.
