Punnet denester development

Over the past 6 months we have had a number of enquiries for a reliable punnet de-nester to consistently place punnets onto the packing line at high speed.

Our market feedback has been that denesters reliant on vacuum lack consistency of placement. Following a visit from a client we have taken the decision to develop a powered solution using 4 cams rotating in opposite directions to pull the punnet from the stack at high speed.

Development is estimated at 3 months.
