Another fresh produce packhouse optimises its manual packing process

by | May 24, 2016 | News

Another packhouse in Kent has invested in 2 Brillopak C130 semi automatic tray packers to optimise packing performance.

The systems will operate back to back and will reduce labour cost and increase throughput through the elimination of product accumulation.

The intention is to get an increase in net production through the day by achieving consistent lines speeds with minimum stops.

The C130 is part of a family of automated tray packers and case packers designed to increase throughput in the fresh produce sector.
