Brillopak is proving 2 high speed crate destackers to a major supermarket to destack 4000 trays an hour onto 15 lines.

The destackers are simple to operate and are fed by indexed conveyors with each set of conveyors holding a complete pallet load of empty crates.

The C250 is one of a range of crate destackers that can dispense 1-5 crates in groups of 1-3 crates at a time.
